About the role

Telese Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and support smooth kitchen operations at our Kellyville venue.

Key duties

Plan, prepare and cook menu items across service; uphold portion control, presentation and quality
Contribute to menu development, specials, costing and inventory control
Order, receive and rotate stock; minimise waste and meet GP targets
Ensure compliance with HACCP/food safety and WHS requirements
Train, lead and supervise cooks, apprentices and kitchen hands
Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and BOH areas
About you (selection criteria)

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience
2+ years’ recent experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant kitchen
Strong knife/section skills and service coordination under pressure
Sound knowledge of food safety and allergen management
Reliable team player with good communication and leadership skills
Availability for rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays
Pay & conditions

Full-time hours (38–40 per week)
Base salary $76,515 + 12% superannuation
