We are UBX Mooloolaba, a gym based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. We’re on a mission to build a strong community and deliver world-class training. We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media management — ideally someone who has previously worked with gyms or in the fitness industry. The right candidate will help us enhance our online presence by creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing daily interactions, tracking performance, and keeping our brand voice consistent. 🔹 Responsibilities Plan, create, edit (CapCut/Reels/TikTok), and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Monitor social channels and respond to customer inquiries/comments in a timely manner Use social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar) Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights Assist with community engagement to build strong online relationships Support additional admin tasks where needed 🔹 Requirements Proven experience in social media management (portfolio or examples required) Previous experience working with gyms/fitness brands preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and platform best practices Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in CapCut (or similar apps) for editing short-form video content Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 🔹 Nice to Have Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Advanced video editing skills beyond CapCut Previous VA or admin experience 💼 Position Details Remote, flexible hours Part-time with potential to grow Competitive pay based on experience
