We are looking for an experienced Zoho People specialist to help us set up and customize our HR system for a growing IT outsourcing company. This is a short-term project with clear deliverables and the potential for future collaboration if successful. Scope of Work - The freelancer will be responsible for: - Zoho People Setup & Configuration - Candidate & Employee Onboarding - Build a complex, role-based onboarding process - Incorporate security checks and approval workflows - Performance Management Setup - Configure appraisal cycles, KRAs, and goals - Timesheet & Attendance - Set up timesheet functionality and approvals - Leave Management - Configure leave tracker with custom policies - Training ; Provide a basic walkthrough and documentation for our internal admin team
