About the Project We are a well-established travel and tourism business seeking an experienced Zoho Creator Developer to build a secure Agent Portal integrated within our Zoho One environment. The front-end will be managed in Zoho Sites, and we require a skilled developer to design and develop the Zoho Creator backend application to handle agent logins, bookings, commissions, and performance tracking. Scope The goal is to develop a custom Zoho Creator application that connects seamlessly with Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools to support our network of partner travel agents. Key deliverables: Agent Login System – Secure authentication via Zoho Creator Portals or CRM integration Agent Dashboard – Overview of bookings, commissions, and key metrics Booking Request Form – Dynamic form synced with Zoho CRM records Commission Tracking – Automated calculation and display of incentives Resource Centre – Access to downloadable brochures and marketing assets (via Zoho WorkDrive) Notifications & Workflows – Automated updates and email alerts Integration with Zoho CRM, WorkDrive & Analytics Embed or link into Zoho Sites for a unified user experience Technical Requirements Proven experience developing applications and portals using Zoho Creator Strong skills in Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and data management Hands-on experience integrating Zoho CRM, WorkDrive, Flow, and Analytics Understanding of role-based permissions and user access levels Ability to deliver clean, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces Deliverables & Timeline Phase 1 (Core build: login, dashboard, booking form): 4–6 weeks Phase 2 (Commissions, resources, reporting): optional follow-on engagement About You You are an experienced Zoho developer who: Has successfully delivered custom Creator apps or portals Communicates clearly and proactively Can provide guidance on best practices within Zoho One Works efficiently and delivers within agreed timelines
