About Us: We run Reviewfy, a platform that helps local businesses strengthen their online reputation and attract more clients. As part of our onboarding process, we integrate our clients’ existing CRMs with Go High Level (GHL) so data flows automatically (e.g. when a job is completed or an invoice is paid). Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Zapier/integration expert who can join our client onboarding calls (with our sales rep present) and handle the technical setup of integrations between client CRMs and Go High Level. What You’ll Do: Join scheduled onboarding calls with clients (Australian business hours). Set up integrations between client CRMs (Xero, ServiceM8, Lightspeed, etc.) and Go High Level. Use Zapier, Webhooks, and APIs to connect platforms that don’t have direct integrations. Ensure data flows correctly (e.g. job completed → trigger review request, invoice paid → trigger workflow in GHL). Provide light troubleshooting during calls if needed. What You DON’T Need To Do: Build or manage Go High Level workflows. Ongoing client support outside of integration setup. Requirements: Strong experience with Zapier, Webhooks, and API integrations. Familiarity with CRMs such as Xero, ServiceM8, Lightspeed, and Go High Level. Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional, clear way. Must be available to work in Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). Scope: Work is on-demand during onboarding calls (not full-time).
