About the Role We’re looking for a Zapier specialist who can help us streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and build reliable integrations between platforms. This role requires someone comfortable setting up both simple and moderately complex automations that save time and improve efficiency across multiple tools. Key Responsibilities Create Zaps to move data seamlessly between platforms (CRM, Google Suite, Stripe, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Slack, etc.) Pull Zoom recordings, process transcripts through ChatGPT, and generate detailed breakdowns with client-facing to-do lists Set up automations for client onboarding, follow-ups, and reminders Build and maintain data tracking systems based on specific user actions and triggers Optimise and troubleshoot existing Zaps to ensure reliability and accuracy Document workflows so they can be easily understood and replicated Implement error handling and notifications to flag failed Zaps Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience building Zaps across a variety of platforms (CRM, marketing, payment, scheduling, and communication tools) Strong understanding of conditional logic, filters, multi-step Zaps, and paths Experience with AI integrations (ChatGPT, transcription tools, etc.) is a big plus Knowledge of APIs and webhooks to extend Zapier functionality Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly and provide recommendations for automation opportunities Bonus Skills Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ManyChat, or other marketing automation platforms Experience with data visualisation/reporting automations (Google Sheets, Data Studio, Airtable) Knowledge of lead tracking and sales funnel automation Why Work With Us?
