About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled YouTube Video Editor who has direct experience editing ads for ClickBank products (health, supplements, info products, or similar niches). This is not a general editing role — we need someone who understands how to create scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive pacing, and ad-style storytelling that drives conversions on YouTube Ads. Key Responsibilities: * Edit and produce high-converting YouTube video ads specifically for ClickBank products. * Add hooks, captions, animations, and transitions to maximize viewer retention and CTR. * Work with scripts and VSLs (video sales letters) to create engaging ad creatives. * Optimize videos for YouTube Ads format and policies. * Collaborate with our funnel and ads team to align creatives with landing pages and campaigns. Requirements: * Proven track record editing ClickBank / affiliate YouTube ads (please show samples). * Strong skills in storytelling, pacing, and persuasive video editing. * Ability to add captions, effects, and branding elements in a clean, conversion-focused way. * Knowledge of direct-response marketing principles is a huge plus. * Can work quickly, take feedback, and deliver multiple ad variations for testing.
