Hey hey! I am looking for a designer to create an eye-catching YouTube thumbnail for an extra-long-form video. My goal for the thumbnail is to tell an intriguing visual story, stay true to the content, as well as attract viewers and enhance click-through rates. I'll specifically call out that I am not looking for a cash cow-type thumbnail.
