We’re looking for a one-time consultation with someone who really understands YouTube’s technical side when it comes to brand accounts and channels. But the real test is this — can you explain it in plain English as if you were talking to a client who isn’t technical? Instead of just a quick info dump, we’d love you to: - Break down the problem clearly (what’s happening + why it’s happening) - Walk us through the solution or options - Show us how you’d communicate this kind of issue to a client, so we can feel confident relaying it back To be successful in this role, you need to be able to solve the problem and provide a clear pass off for us to continue resolving these issues in the future.
