JLL is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Casual Workplace Ambassador to join our FM on Demand team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across diverse client properties, supporting both short-term assignments and ongoing engagements on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities: Deliver superior customer service and exceed client expectations Manage vendor relationships and ensure subcontractor performance standards Support financial processes and budget management activities Coordinate conference services, room bookings, and catering arrangements Oversee consumables management and inventory control Maintain site cleanliness standards and direct cleaning operations Provide administrative support for security clearance processes Execute health, safety, and risk management procedures Ideal Experience 3+ years plus reception experience in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in reception Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred Must present a professional and friendly image to clients Ability to interact well within a team Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors Critical Competencies for Success Client Focus & Relationship Management Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word Well-spoken Reception phone manner Professional appearance Flexible & “Can Do” attitude Proactive approach Initiative Other Personal Characteristics Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listener Passion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services Self-motivated; confident & energetic Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness Problem-solving skills – capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations Able to work independently This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing you to choose assignments that match your expertise and schedule.
