  • Job Title Workplace Agent Job Description Summary As a Workplace Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of the office, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of workplace services including reception, concierge, meeting room coordination, mailroom support, and access management. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and efficient experience for all employees, clients, and visitors. Job Description About the role: Greet and assist employees and visitors with professionalism and warmth Manage reception duties, access passes, lockers, and general workplace queries Assist with meeting room bookings, event setups, and AV troubleshooting Provide timely responses to helpdesk requests and liaise with other workplace teams Coordinate mail, courier deliveries, and general office consumables Support site audits, floor walks, and service escalations as needed Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policies About you: At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or reception-based role A natural communicator who thrives in service-oriented roles Well-organised and able to juggle competing priorities Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills Friendly, proactive, and solutions-driven High attention to detail and a professional demeanor Completion of Year 12; additional qualifications in hospitality or admin a plus Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
