Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to redesign our agency website. The goal is to create a modern, professional, and user-friendly site that reflects our brand identity. Important Notes (based on past issues): Do not just apply wordpress templates. We want a design approach. All designs must be created and approved in Figma (or similar) before development starts. Timelines are important — we would like this completed as soon as possible and are happy to pay for it. Responsibilities: Review our current website and brand guidelines. Design new wireframes and layouts in Figma for approval. Develop the approved designs into a responsive WordPress site. Ensure speed optimisation, clean code, and SEO best practices. Provide clear progress updates and adhere to deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience in custom WordPress redesigns (please share portfolio links). Strong skills in Figma (or similar tools) for design mock-ups. Understanding of modern design trends (minimal, clean, professional aesthetics). Experience with staging environments and safe deployment processes. Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively. Deliverables: New Figma mock-ups for full website redesign.
