This project is a redesign and migration of the existing site into Elementor Pro while keeping all current functionalities. The home page and some global styling (fonts, colours, buttons, layout) have already been set up on the staging site. You will complete the remaining pages and functionalities. ⚡ We need someone who can start immediately and deliver quickly. This is a development-only role. Our team will handle SEO setup and content/data entry. Your Tasks - Build remaining pages (30–35 total) from provided Adobe XD designs - Use Elementor Pro (containers, grids – no legacy sections) - Ensure full responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile - Set up and style Mega Menu (partially built already) - Configure and test: School Directory (custom post type, filterable + map view) Expo Directory (custom post type, linked schools, dynamic table) New Events Directory (custom post type, filterable) Blogs, Podcasts, Live Q&A archives (dynamic templates) Registration forms (Gravity Forms) and CRM/Zapier integration User portals (Ultimate Member roles – schools & parents, with tiered access) Advertising rotation (keep current plugin) - Optimize all images for web (ShortPixel installed) - Ensure SEO-friendly URLs (slugs match XD design) - QA testing: responsiveness, forms, directory filters, role access Technical Requirements - Build as a custom Elementor Pro theme (named after website, not “Hello Elementor”) - Use only approved plugins (Gravity Forms, Ultimate Member, Yoast, ShortPixel, etc.) - Keep existing CRM + Zapier workflows intact - Modular custom code (child theme or WPCode if required) - Follow best practices for speed optimization and Elementor development Skills Needed - WordPress Elementor Pro – advanced knowledge of custom theme building - Custom Post Types & Custom Fields – setup, management, and dynamic data pulling - Dynamic & Conditional Data Handling – experience pulling in and displaying content across multiple post types (sometimes conditional) - Membership Plugins – experience with Ultimate Member or similar for tiered access - Form Integrations – Gravity Forms, CRM mapping, Zapier workflows - CSS Styling & Custom Code – ability to customise CSS/JS/PHP when Elementor styling alone is not enough, ensuring exact match to design - Customisation – ability to adapt, extend, and customise functionality when required - Responsive Design – pixel-perfect builds from XD, tablet + mobile optimisation - Performance Optimisation – caching, image compression, speed best practices - Attention to Detail – ability to follow design files exactly - Problem Solving – ability to troubleshoot and suggest solutions quickly What You’ll Receive - Access to staging site (partially set up) and current live site - Full Adobe XD designs + assets (Google Drive link provided) - Logins for premium plugins if needed - Support from our team (SEO + content input handled separately) Requirements - Proven experience building Elementor Pro custom theme websites - Experience with dynamic, data-driven websites (directories, portals, conditional content pulling) - Comfortable customising code when Elementor alone is not enough - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design files exactly - Able to work independently but ask questions upfront to avoid rework Must be able to start immediately and deliver within 7 days (preferred: quicker) Deliverables - Fully functional site on staging server - All ~33 pages built and responsive - All functionalities working (directories, forms, CRM integration, portals, ads) - Site prepared for handover to SEO + data entry team
