We’re an Australia-based SEO & web agency working with businesses. We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer who can turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fast, accessible websites using Bricks Builder. This is a long-term role for the right developer—we’ll start with a paid test project and then move into ongoing builds each month (homepages, service pages, landing pages etc). What You’ll Do - Convert Figma files into fully responsive websites in Bricks Builder - Use class-based styling + Theme Styles (no inline styles/IDs) - Implement ACF (or JetEngine) for dynamic content - Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, Perfmatters/WP Rocket setup) - Follow accessibility best practices (semantic HTML, headings, alt text, focus states) - Deliver clean, organized builds that designers and SEOs can work with easily Must Haves - 2+ years WordPress development with Bricks Builder (not Elementor/Divi only) - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles - Experience with ACF / custom fields and dynamic templates - Knowledge of performance optimization (LCP, CLS, TBT, caching, image optimization) - Git or version control familiarity - Clear communication in English + Loom walkthroughs when needed Nice to Have - Experience integrating SEOPress, Yoast, or Schema markup - Familiarity with CRO and SEO requirements (clean URLs, metadata, schema, headings) - Comfortable with staging environments, backups, and security practices How to Apply (Important – Follow These Steps) 1. Send 3 live WordPress websites you personally built with Bricks Builder. 2. Specify what you handled (full build, theme styles, ACF setup, etc.). 3. Share a Loom video (3–5 minutes) showing your Bricks class system and Theme Styles setup. 4. Briefly explain your rules for classes vs IDs in Bricks (2–3 sentences). Test Project (Paid) - We’ll select a few applicants for a paid test (3–4 hours): building a hero + pricing section from a Figma file in Bricks. - Must use Theme Styles + classes only - Must achieve pixel-perfect parity and Lighthouse performance ≥90 on mobile Budget - Hourly or fixed depending on project - Paid test project first, then ongoing builds (multiple sites/month) - We pay fast and value long-term partnerships If you’re a Bricks-first developer who cares about clean builds, performance, and working with a growing agency with opportunity for a full-time role, we’d love to hear from you.
