We are seeking an experienced WordPress web designer/developer to collaborate with us on real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and development, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional websites. We work with real estate agents, property developers, architects, and commercial agents. We focus solely on the property industry. Our website services are part of a broader marketing agency. We host the websites as well as build them. One of our founders is a web designer/coder and has created a code base (using his knowledge of building the custom real estate sites) to give us a product that enables non-technical staff to set up some of our lower-cost real estate sites without too much support from a WordPress designer/developer. We want your help with evolving this codebase (adding new features and functionality for non-tech people) as well as supporting the business with the technical components for launching these sites. We also develop one-of-a-kind custom sites for clients that won’t use this code base. We are looking for someone who loves WordPress, is passionate about real estate, and would be happy to create custom, one-of-a-kind sites. One custom site that we currently need help with is our marketing agency's brand new site. For this project, you will work with the business founder and take over the technical aspects from the technical founder so that we can get the site launched in the next few weeks. Ideally, you will love playing a technical role with the evolution of our WordPress real estate sites and enjoy working with a small, friendly and fun creative and technical team. We do not require your full-time assistance, so if you wish or need to continue serving your existing clients, that is fine. We aim to provide you with a steady stream of projects and work each month, which would require approximately one to two days of your time per week. Ideally, your skills extend through every part of designing, coding and hosting WordPress sites.
