WordPress designer/developer to finish Ai Recruiting website (5–7 pages) Overview Home page is done. I need a someone to create the remaining pages and wire up a clean, minimal, conversion-focused site for Technology Sync AI (recruitment automations built by recruiters, for recruiters). You can generate simple illustrations/GIFs with AI where helpful. Goals Clear, minimal pages that explain each automation with visuals. Fast, responsive, SEO-ready build in WordPress (no heavy page bloat). Easy for me to edit post-launch. Scope of Work 1) About Sections: Hero → What we do (1–2 paragraphs) → Why us (3 bullets) → Leadership/Story (founder photo placeholder) → Trust signals (logos/testimonials) → CTA. Deliverables: page layout, placeholder copy blocks, image spots, CTA. 2) Automations for Recruitment Agencies (menu dropdown with 3 pages) Shared requirements for all 3 pages: Hero with one-line value prop + primary CTA (“Book a Demo”). “How it works” (3–4 steps with simple icons). Before/After table (current manual vs automated). Visuals: 2–3 images/GIFs per page (AI-generated acceptable). Integrations strip (LinkedIn, Seek/Indeed, Airtable, Google, HubSpot, Instantly). FAQs (4–6 items) + CTA. 2.1 Job Board Automation Explain: Centralises live roles from job boards/client emails → de-dupes → normalises titles → parses JDs into structured fields. Include on page: Step flow: Ingest → De-dupe → JD parsing → Field mapping to CRM. GIF idea: “JD parsing” animation turning a paragraph into fields. Metrics tiles: “Jobs ingested”, “Duplicates removed”, “Fields parsed”. Use cases: Multi-consultant desks, high-volume intake. 2.2 MPC Automation Explain: Turn star candidates into personalised, scalable outreach with tracking. Include on page: Step flow: Select MPC → generate tailored email → auto follow-ups → log to CRM. Visual: Email composer mock + “Open/Reply” stats. Metrics tiles: “Opens”, “Replies”, “Intros booked”. 2.3 Business Development Automation Explain: Personalised hiring-manager sequences; pulls firmographics; schedules smart follow-ups; logs outcomes. Include on page: Step flow: Target list → insights → sequence → meeting booked. Visual: Kanban of stages or timeline GIF. Metrics tiles: “Contacts sequenced”, “Meetings booked”, “Bounce rate”. 3) Candidate Automation Explain the automation you have: Intake hundreds of jobs → scrape details → match to candidate profile → auto-generate tailored CV + cover letter per job → find hiring-manager emails → send personalised emails with attachments. Include on page: Step flow (6 cards): Job scraping → Matching → CV build → Cover letter → HM email find → Send & track. Visuals: Before/after CV section, CL snippet, outreach email preview. Safeguards note: human review/approve step before send. CTA: “Run a sample on my profile”. Technical Requirements WordPress (keep using current theme/template). Clean, semantic HTML; lightweight CSS/JS. Deliverables 5 pages total: About, 3× Agency automation pages, Candidate automation page. Menu with dropdown, breadcrumbs, footer links. 8–12 on-brand visuals (PNG/WebP) + 2–4 short GIFs. Copy placeholders with clear section labels so I can edit.
