Hi, I run a marketing agency that designs & develops high-quality WordPress websites, primarily using Divi, though I’m also open to strong Elementor designers. We're looking to add an experienced WordPress designer/developer to our growing team, we're looking for someone who is: • Highly skilled with Divi and/or Elementor (including creating custom layouts and styling beyond default templates) • Strong in visual design, modern aesthetics, and UX best practices • Confident in optimising sites for speed and mobile responsiveness • Comfortable working from brand guidelines or using creative initiative • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedback • Strong English communication Scope of Work: • Building complete WordPress sites (with Divi or Elementor) • Designing custom page layouts (not just reusing pre-made templates) • Setting up plugins, contact forms, and basic on-page SEO • Sourcing or incorporating imagery (we provide brand assets when available) • Occasional site maintenance or updates Our Process: • You receive a project brief, written content, sitemap, and any brand assets • You design initial homepage concepts • Once approved, you build the site in the chosen builder (Divi or Elementor) • We review and provide revisions • We handle the website launch This will start as a per-project engagement but has the potential for long-term collaboration if you're a good fit for our team. Please include in your proposal: 1. 3–5 examples of websites you’ve designed (note which builder was used). 2. A brief description of your design approach. 3. Your hourly rate or fixed rate per standard 5–7 page website. 4. Typical turnaround time for a complete site build. Important: Only apply if you have strong design skills and can demonstrate custom Divi or Elementor design work(not just templates).
