Description: I run a Wix site and need a specialist to optimize its performance, particularly on mobile Safari. I’ve already run WebPageTest audits and know there are specific issues with render-blocking scripts, fonts, caching, and viewport setup. I’m not looking to migrate off Wix right now—this is strictly optimization within Wix. Key tasks I need help with: Audit existing apps, scripts, and widgets → remove or defer anything unnecessary. Fix render-blocking JavaScript (e.g. defer/async non-critical files). Optimize fonts (apply font-display: swap, reduce unused font weights, system font fallback). Optimize images (compress/resize hero + media files, ensure correct lazy-loading strategy). Improve caching settings (static assets, fonts, scripts). Add preconnect/preload tags for 3rd-party resources (Sentry, Wix trackers). Correct meta viewport tag so the site scales properly on iPhone Safari. Provide before/after reports in PageSpeed Insights and WebPageTest so improvements are measurable. Requirements: Proven experience optimizing Wix sites specifically (not just WordPress/Shopify). Ability to share before/after performance reports from past projects. Familiarity with Safari/WebKit quirks on iOS. Understanding of Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TBT).
