We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wholesale Packing Supervisor to join our growing team based in Redfern, NSW. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and previous warehouse or dispatch supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with and oversee the dispatch of all wholesale orders to ensure they are accurate, on time, and completed in full
Manage tagging, allocation, and final quality checks prior to dispatch
Supervise casual packing staff to ensure daily KPIs are achieved
Provide regular reporting and feedback to management on performance and workflow
Offer general support to the Wholesale & Warehouse Manager, Dispatch Coordinator, and Wholesale Team as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient packing and dispatch area

About You:
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Redfern NSW
Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, or packing supervision
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
