Description: We’re looking for an experienced automation expert to set up a done-for-you sales funnel for our UAE business setup consultancy (FoundrBridge). The flow is already mapped out (hello → qualification → call booking → proposal → objection handling → signed deal). Your role is to automate the entire client journey so it runs seamlessly with minimal manual effort. Responsibilities: Integrate lead sources (Meta/Google Ads, forms) into CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar). Automate WhatsApp messaging (Twilio/360Dialog/WATI) with pre-written templates. Build qualification flows (forms/chatbot) with conditional logic. Connect Calendly (or similar) for automated call scheduling + reminders. Automate proposal sending (PandaDoc/DocuSign) + payment collection (Stripe/PayTabs). Create objection-handling sequences (WhatsApp/email drips). Set up onboarding automation (welcome messages, document checklist, team alerts). Ensure reporting, notifications, and CRM tagging work correctly. Requirements: Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio/360Dialog/WATI). Strong skills in CRM automation (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar). Familiarity with Zapier/Make.com for workflow integration. Experience setting up automated proposals, e-signatures, and payment flows. Attention to detail and ability to translate scripts into working automations. Deliverable: A fully functioning automation funnel where clients go from first contact → qualified → booked call → proposal → follow-up → signed + onboarded, with all objection-handling sequences built in.
