What We Are Looking For

We are seeking skilled and motivated Welders who will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding workmanship and actively contributing to workgroup meetings and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate welding equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments, and site-specific safety requirements.
* Perform welding using a variety of processes, including:
* Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMAW)
* Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG)
* Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG)
* Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
* Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
* Pulsed Gas Metal Arc Welding (P-GMAW)
* Inspect completed welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
* Prepare materials and surfaces for welding, including cutting, grinding, and aligning components.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.
* Manage and deal with clients and sub-contractors in a professional manner
* Maintain compliance with company policies while being fit, punctual, and reliable for work.

Skills & Qualifications

* Welding Certification/Tickets are highly regarded.
* Construction Industry Induction (White Card) – preferred.
* Additional tickets highly regarded: Forklift, Crane, Working at Heights, and EWP.
* Proven experience in welding across various processes and environments.
* Ability to perform and pass weld tests to required standards.
* Strong competence in interpreting technical drawings and applying SOPs/Risk Assessments.
* Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and efficient work practices.

We offer competitive remuneration ($65,000 - $80,000 per annum) based on skills and experience.
