About the Job
We are seeking 5 entry-level welder / maintenance workers to commence November 2025 who are reliable, motivated, and committed to working safely in a supportive team environment. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
Depending on your skills and training, you could be involved in:
• Welding, fabrication, and repair of stainless steel and mild steel components
• Assisting with breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on processing equipment
• General fitting, maintenance, and installation of plant and machinery
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with site procedures
• Assisting other trades and production teams as required
• General labouring and industrial cleaning
Pay and Conditions
• Hourly range: $28.26
• Annual: $55,841.76
• Hours: Full time (minimum 38 hours per week) with the potential for overtime. 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
To Be Successful You Must Meet the Following Requirements
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or full working rights in Australia are essential
• Pass a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
• Q-Fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to provide two professional references
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold/chilled environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes and procedures
