Scope of Collaboration 1. Discovery & Planning – Conduct a detailed review of the existing website, AliExpress product setup, and Vimeo course integration. 2. Design & Branding Enhancements – Create modern, responsive mockups aligned with Raheleh Haircraft’s brand identity. 3. Development & Integration – Implement a scalable WordPress website, fix the course functionalities, connect AliExpress API, and configure discount logic (30% discount on 2+ hair extensions, excluding mixed purchases). 4. Automation & Customer Experience – Set up automated email workflows for purchase confirmations, course access, and order updates. 5. Testing & Quality Assurance – Fix bugs and optimize performance for speed and reliability. 6. Ownership & Access – Upon project completion and final payment, full ownership of the website, content, integrations, and all related credentials (WordPress admin, hosting, domain, and APIs) will be transferred to Raheleh Haircraft. ⸻ Duration This agreement is valid until the completion and delivery of the project, with a maximum duration of one (1) month from the project start date. Any extension beyond this must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. ⸻ Payment Terms • A 20% initial milestone will be funded through Upwork escrow only before the commencement of the project. No payments will be made outside of Upwork. • The total payment will be divided into three milestones, which will be created on Upwork. Once one milestone is completed, Raheleh will release payment for that milestone and then fund the next milestone in escrow. • The agreed total project amount is 790 USD. ⸻ Post-Delivery Support • The developer agrees to provide 30 days of bug fixing and technical support after the final delivery at no additional cost. • Any further updates, enhancements, or maintenance beyond this period can be agreed upon separately. ⸻ We are confident this collaboration will lead to a strong and successful digital presence for Raheleh Haircraft and look forward to building a productive partnership with you.
