AI Talent is looking for a talented and driven Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications that deliver exceptional digital experiences. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you will translate project goals into seamless, user-focused solutions. This position requires a strong mix of technical know-how, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives

Design and develop responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and optimise performance

Implement security measures and best practices to protect websites and user data

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance web development processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to deliver seamless user experiences

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web development projects

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development tools

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development

Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
