We're a Sydney-based SEO & web agency working with businesses across Australia. We're looking for a talented designer demonstrating attention-to-detail evident through elite Figma talent and an understanding of creating component-driven, responsive, conversion focused designs. For the right designer, this is a long-term and safe role. We'll start with a paid test project and then move to ongoing web design projects each month to allow for stability in your work. What You'll Do - Design clean, modern, conversion-focused websites in Figma - Use components, variants, Auto-layout and design tokens (typography, color, spacing) - Create responsive layouts (desktop, mobile, tablet) - Organize files: clear layer naming, tidy component libraries - Prepare handoffs that developers can easily build in WordPress/Bricks Must Haves - 2+ years Figma web design experience (not apps/ui only) - Portfolio showing real websites (not just dribble shots) - Strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography and accessibility basics - Able to explain your design system (tokens, grids, components) - Strong english communication + quick responsiveness - Willing to provide Loom walkthroughs of your work when needed Nice To Have - Familiarity with WordPress/Bricks (dev handoff) - Understanding of CRO principles (above-the-fold clarity, CTA hierarchy, trust signals) - Experience designing for service-based businesses How To Apply 1. Send 3 Figma files (or links) of live websites you designed (not just screenshots) 2. Share a Loom Video (3-5 minutes) walking through your best project. Show how you structured components, auto-layout and responsive frames. 3. Write 2-3 sentences about your approach to spacing and tyopgraphy systems in Figma 4. include your hourly rate and weekly availability (in hours) Test Project (Fully Paid) We'll select a few applicants for a paid test (2-3 hours). Redesigning a hero section for a client. This lets us evaluate your workflow and quality. Budget - Hourly or fixed, depending on the project - Paid project first, then stable ongoing work (multiple sites/month) - We pay fast and communicate clearly.
