Job Summary: The Warehouse Storeman is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by handling inventory movement, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Essential Functions: Carry out daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Verify and inspect all incoming inventory against documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality. Record and update all inventory transactions in the system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damages. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy. Keep daily records of all inbound and outbound materials. Uphold warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness standards. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely – valid forklift license is required. Utilize computer applications for order processing and inventory tracking. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Skill Requirements: Good experience with ORACLE system and Microsoft office applications Effective email and verbal communication skills & ethics Required/ Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum Diploma in logistics and/or warehousing 3 - 5 years working experience in warehouse and logistic environment Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking Proven experience in warehouse/store operations Strong knowledge of inventory management processes Proficiency in computer applications (ERP/WMS preferred) Valid forklift license with hands-on experience operating MHE Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
