We are seeking a passionate and skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with our warehouse staff to ensure orders are carefully and efficiently picked, assessed for quality, and packed for shipping. With your strong technical experience and in-depth understanding of the job requirements, you will fulfill a high volume of online orders daily and have a keen interest in customer care, quality work, and popular culture or collectables.

Duties and responsibilities:

● Picking products with close attention to detail and accuracy

● Packing orders with maximum care to prevent damage during transit

● General cleanliness of work area and warehouse as a whole

● Managing customer expectations in regards to quality and care

● Unboxing pallets and inventory management, including breaking down of stock into categories, stock control, and pricing

● Overall efficiency of the above duties

Qualifications, skills and experience:

● Strong experience in a similar role preferable

● Forklift experience preferred

● Efficient application of picking and packing skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Friendly and bubbly personality

● Works well in a team environment, under pressure, and engages in proactive decision making with personable and collaborative approach to the rest of the team

● Behaviour and attitude aligned to company values

We’re a close team who consider ourselves all-rounders when it comes to executing various duties and ensuring that our entire operation runs smoothly. As such, there may be variations to your role based on workload and need. At times you may be expected to also work in our showroom and as such we require a high level of flexibility and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
