AXIOM Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a Warehouse Administrator.

AXIOM Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their Melbourne operations team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient management of warehouse logistics, IT inventory, and the coordination of hardware deployments for clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, accuracy in record keeping, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment, parts, and consumables.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring items are correctly received, logged, and dispatched.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Prepare IT hardware for deployment — including asset tagging, labelling, and packaging.
- Support procurement activities by managing stock levels, purchase orders, and replenishment requests.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Track and document equipment movement, returns, refurbishments, and disposals.
- Generate reports on inventory, stock status, and logistics performance.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and operations team.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or inventory management (experience in the IT industry highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to handle IT hardware safely (within reasonable limits).
- Forklift licence or experience with warehouse equipment (preferred but not required).
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
