About
Are you an experienced Warehouse Administrator with a forklift ticket? This is an opportunity to join a great team based in LOGANHOLME. We have a permanent postion available in a medical device supplier environment.
The role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider operations team
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support internal reporting requirements, including operational and inventory reports
- Assist with process improvement & project initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Record and monitor inventory movements and assisting with regular stocktakes
- Provide hands on warehouse expeirence ie. Forklift operation, pick packing etc.
What you need
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Warehouse Stores experience
- LF Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
