No Mess Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd was established in 2012 by an entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience across a number of fields. It is a family-owned business where people with various backgrounds have come together to service the community across Brisbane.

We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified Tiller to serve our clients across Brisbane. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our projects. This position is full-time, based in QLD.

Main tasks:

- Examining plans, measuring and marking surfaces.
- Prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, cement and adhesives.
- Applying water and cement solutions before bedding and levelling for tile and stone placement.
- Ensuring tiles, blocks and other construction materials are correctly aligned and spaced.
- Repair wall and floor tiles, stone blocks and other construction materials.
- Using cutting tools to cut and shape tiles and stones needed for edges, corners and irregular spaces.
- Laying coloured tiles and stones in patterns to create mosaics and other designs.
- Applying waterproofing systems in bathrooms, and cleaning and sealing the corners with silicone.
- Ensuring all works are done in accordance with building standards and are high quality.
- Communicating with customers to determine needs and make recommendations.

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

- Wall and Floor Tiling qualification.
- A minimum 1-year industry experience.

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Time management to meet project deadlines.
- Be reliable and have a great work ethic and positive attitude.
- Be able to work well under pressure and be supportive within a team environment.

Annual salary between $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on level of experience.
