Waitstaff (Full-Time & Part-Time) - MERRIJG KITCHEN, Port Fairy, Victoria

What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and take orders with a smile
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Handle payments and ensure guests leave satisfied
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Hours of operation are Friday to Monday nights.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality, (preferable fine-dining and wine service)
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual and a team player
