Pepes Italian and Liquor is a vibrant high-energy Italian restaurant and bar in the heart of Melbourne.

We're known for our generous hospitality, classic Italian flavours, and lively dining atmosphere. We are looking for experienced wait staff to join our team and deliver the exceptional service Pepe's is known for.

As a Waiter/ Waitress you 'll be face to face with the dining room - ensuring every guest feels welcome, looked after and leaves with a memorable experience.

Your duties will include:
- greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and beverage lists
-taking orders and liaising with kitchen and bar staff
- serving food and beverages, opening bottles, and pouring drinks
- clearing and resetting tables to service standards
- processing payments through the POS systems
- recommending beverages and wines to complement the menu

About you:
- previous 12 months work experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment or Cert III in Hospitality
- RSA certification
- strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary:

$76, 550 - $80, 000 per annum
