What we’re looking for:

Excellent customer service skills

A friendly and positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a team

Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays

AQF Certificate II or III or at least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification

At least 12 months of relevant experience in a fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour

Preset menus and take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

Serve food and drinks

Ensure a clean and organized dining area

Assist with setting up and clearing tables

Process payments

Provide guests with a memorable dining experience

Annual Salary: $69,000 to $74,000 plus superannuation.
