Settlers Tavern is currently recruiting a highly motivated Full Time Waiter to join our team and build our Future to showcase your culinary talents in one of the most picturesque regions in Western Australia. We work in a fast-paced environment alongside a talented team of professionals all dedicated to delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.

Duties to be performed

• Offering a warm welcome to our customers and verifying their reservations;
• Accommodating new reservations and seamlessly integrating them into our booking system;
• Accepting orders while recommending enticing menu selections and daily specials to guests;
• Upholding the impeccable cleanliness of our bar areas, glassware, and all utilized equipment;
• Ensuring tables are promptly cleared post-service, with glasses and plates picked up, and preparations are made for ensuing service;
• Striving to achieve absolute customer satisfaction, while diligently adhering to workplace safety guidelines and hygienic practices;
• Contributing to uphold the exemplary customer service standards set by the employer;
• Executing other related and incidental duties as directed by the employer.

Requirements

• A team leader with a positive and supportive outlook.
• A strong understanding of the hospitality business so as to provide input and implement changes to maximise the sales and profitability within our restaurant and brewery.
• An experienced and responsible leader that is highly motivated and customer focused.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to mentor and train others.
• A positive, vibrant member to join our diverse team and be a team player.
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• MUST have a can do attitude

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $68,000 – 80,000 per year
