Join us as our VP of Product, B2C, and become the pivotal product partner for our B2C EVPs. You'll bring your extensive B2C market knowledge to define and execute a winning product vision and strategy. This role empowers you to translate complex market needs into clear problems for our product teams to solve, collaborating closely with Product Directors to create validated solutions.
- Define and own the B2C product vision and strategy, communicating it effectively to inspire and align teams across the business.
- Set clear product goals and KPIs for the B2C market, translating them into actionable strategies that drive desired outcomes.
- Lead the creation of customer-centric roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are evidence-based and deliver significant customer and business impact.
- Act as the voice of B2C product within the company, representing its needs and roadmap to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to innovate and enhance our B2C product offerings.
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to uncover trends, evolving customer needs, and strategic differentiation opportunities.
- Drive product-market fit by deeply understanding B2C customer needs and identifying key market opportunities.
- Enable successful go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing to optimise product positioning and messaging.
- Oversee strategic product investments, developing robust business cases for new B2C product initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Directors, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Extensive experience in technology-powered product roles (product management or design), with a strong grasp of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse product portfolio and quickly dive deep into new domains, understanding key business drivers.
- A track record of coaching and developing talent, fostering growth within your teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and familiarity with the B2C market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges, assess risks, and articulate data-informed solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and company leadership.
- A genuine passion for research, scholarly communication, and its societal impact.
- Bonus points if you have experience building AI-enhanced products and data intelligence products.
