We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Marketing & Admin Assistant to help manage and grow my Shopify store. The role includes store updates, customer support, and support with marketing campaigns. The candidate needs to be available to have calls and collaborate during Sydney, Australia business hours. Not an entire overlap is needed, but some so we ccan communication work effectively is required. Responsibilities -- Update and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, tags, SEO). -- Help with order management, fulfilment, and tracking. -- Reply to customer enquiries (email/chat) in a professional way. -- Monitor store performance and suggest improvements. -- Do product research and competitor checks. -- Assist with marketing campaigns (email, social media, promotions). -- Make simple graphic edits (product images, banners). -- Improve and manage SEO. -- Work independently, meet deadlines, and show initiative. Workload and Availability -- Casual work only. -- Flexible schedule but must be responsive. -- Work must be done within Australian business hours (8:30am–5:00pm AEST). You do not need to work all these hours, but any work you do must be within this timeframe. Other Details -- All tasks will be managed in ClickUp and uUse comments for task discussions. -- Zoho Mail used email and Zoho Cliq for chat. -- You are comfortable with asking questions if unsure, and be open if you cannot complete a task. -- Be proactive in communication and problem solving. -- Be detailed, work efficiently and carefully. -- Keep all business information private. -- Always act in the best interests of the business
