Job Description: I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me with a repetitive task related to product research for my e-commerce business. This role mainly involves downloading short videos from a platform, organizing them into folders, and renaming each file according to a simple system I provide. This is ongoing work and can be very competitive, so attention to detail and speed are important. Responsibilities: Download short video clips from a website I provide Filter/select certain videos based on criteria I’ll train you on Rename files using my naming format (very simple, step-by-step system) Organize files into folders and upload them to a shared drive Requirements: Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Fast and consistent internet connection Ability to follow instructions closely Good communication and quick response time (No prior experience is necessary — training will be provided on the exact steps.)
