We’re not looking for someone to just “do tasks.” We’re looking for a partner in operations someone who wants a seat at the table as our business grows. We’re scaling fast across e-commerce and operations in the U.S. and Australia. We have thousands of customers already and are preparing for an even bigger Q4. To keep up, we need a Virtual Assistant who can handle the details, keep systems running, and grow with us. This isn’t a dead-end VA job it’s a chance to step into a core role where your work matters every single day. Your role: • Keep our operations smooth (email follow-ups, order coordination, research). • Maintain Airtable + Shopify data (training provided). • Flag problems early, suggest solutions, and keep the team aligned. • Support U.S. timezone operations so customers always feel looked after. What we’re looking for: • Available USA timezone (EST or PST overlap). • Proven experience as a VA, ops assistant, or CX support. • Clear communication you care about words, tone, and detail. • Growth mindset you don’t just wait for tasks, you want to own outcomes.
