You will be the friendly voice for our clients, the resourceful problem-solver who understands local nuances, and the reliable backbone that keeps our operations running smoothly. Your role is crucial; you will directly shape our customers' experience and our success in a new market by bridging cultural and language gaps with professionalism and warmth. ### WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY * **Client Relationship Management:** You'll be the first point of contact for our clients in your area. This means engaging in natural, professional conversations via email, chat, and occasionally phone, all in your native language, to provide support and build lasting relationships. * **Localization & Website Management:** You’ll help our brand feel right at home. This involves translating and adapting website content, product descriptions, and marketing messages so they resonate perfectly with the local culture. You'll also help keep the regional website up-to-date. * **Technical & Product Support:** You’ll become a product expert, helping customers with basic technical support and device troubleshooting. Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the training you need! * **Local Operations & Administration:** You'll assist with essential local administrative tasks.
