Hey there, We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. You’ll be helping manage client accounts in GoHighLevel, set up and optimise Meta Ads, assist with client onboarding, handle outreach and appointment setting, manage social media content, and do some basic video editing. This role is best suited to someone who’s organised, proactive, and can get things done without being chased up. If you’ve worked with GoHighLevel, helped run Meta campaigns, managed client content, or supported marketing teams before, you’ll fit in well here. Responsibilities: GoHighLevel • Set up new client accounts from templates and snapshots • Manage workflows, automations, pipelines, and calendars • Troubleshoot issues and support onboarding Meta Ads • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns • Connect Meta lead forms to GoHighLevel • Track and report campaign performance (CPL, CTR, leads, appointments) Client Support & Onboarding • Guide new clients through onboarding and setup • Verify business details, connect accounts, and ensure everything runs smoothly Outreach & Appointment Setting • Follow up with new leads who haven’t booked • Send outreach messages or DMs using templates • Book calls directly into the calendar Social Media & Content • Schedule and post social content across platforms • Repurpose video clips, add captions or overlays (short-form style) • Keep content organized in shared folders Reporting • Update client dashboards and weekly internal scorecards Requirements: ✅ Strong GoHighLevel experience (Agency + Sub-Accounts) ✅ Confident with Meta Ads Manager (Lead Gen) ✅ Comfortable with social media scheduling tools ✅ Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar) ✅ Fluent English (written & spoken) ✅ Reliable, organized, and proactive ✅ Stable internet connection and overlap with AEST Hours & Pay: • 20–30 hours per week to start (with potential to grow) • $6–$8 USD/hour depending on experience • Long-term role for the right person How to Apply: 1.
