We are a rapidly growing beauty brand offering online courses for aspiring beauty professionals (as well as in clinic services) Our mission is to empower women to launch and grow their own beauty businesses with confidence. We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Virtual Assistant who is highly organised, creative, and reliable. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, think proactively, and consistently deliver high quality work. Responsibilities: * Create eye catching Canva graphics (carousel posts, seamless posts) * Repurpose existing content into new formats (carousels, captions, or blogs) * Schedule Instagram posts and email campaigns * Upload and manage beauty course content on our platform * Write engaging, conversion-focused marketing emails (for launches, promotions, and nurture sequences) * Research and write high-quality blog posts on beauty and business topics (SEO-optimized) * Manage and schedule campaigns in Flodesk Requirements: * Full time availability (please do not apply if you cannot commit to this) * Access to a computer, fast internet, email, and WhatsApp * Strong English writing and typing skills * Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely * Ability to communicate emotions effectively through text * Active listening skills and eagerness to learn and grow * Experience with Canva, social media scheduling, and email platforms (Flodesk preferred) Must Haves: * Creativity and initiative in content creation * Strong organisational and time management skills * A proactive, problem-solving attitude * Consistency and reliability If you’re looking for a long term role where you can grow with a thriving business, we’d love to hear from you!
