I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support my marketing agency with day-to-day tasks across client onboarding, creative work, admin, and ad operations. You’ll be working closely with me and following clear processes, with room to improve how we work. What You’ll Do - Handle new client onboarding using our internal checklist - Set up HighLevel sub-accounts and basic automations - Create ad copy for video ads using AI tools - Create image ads in Canva or Adobe or using AI tools - Assign tasks to our editing team and review their submissions - Set up and optimise Meta ad campaigns as instructed - Track and record campaign performance - Format documents, ad copy, and client notes - Keep client information organised and updated You Should Be - Transparent: honest and upfront about progress and problems - Timely: able to meet deadlines without chasing - Communicative: gives daily updates and flags issues early - Innovative: always looking for small improvements - Detail-Focused: you don’t let sloppy work pass Required Skills Must-Have: - HighLevel - Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager Other Helpful Skills: - Asana, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Google My Business, Frame.io, Loom, Canva, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, n8n, Claude, ElevenLabs, Xero, Stripe, PayFunnels About the Role This is ongoing work with tasks assigned daily or weekly.
