AmpX, an Australian e-bike conversion kit and battery business, seeks a reliable virtual assistant to manage customer support and backend tasks. The role starts with 1 hour per day, 5 days a week, and is expected to grow as the business expands. This is meant to be a long-term role. I’m looking for someone consistent, reliable and hard-working who wants to grow with AmpX. If you’re only after short-term work, this won’t be the right fit. Phase 1: Handle emails only. All replies must be drafted in Google Sheets. Nothing gets sent until approved. Phase 2: Once comfortable with emails, start handling Instagram and TikTok DMs. Still log everything in Google Sheets for tracking. Phase 3: Gradually expand into more tasks as needed. More responsibility will mean more hours over time.
