Our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs to thrive in their communities, achieve financial success, and build the freedom-filled lives they dream of. ________________________________________ The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Admin & Social Media Assistant to support the growth of our coaching company. This role combines social media management, branding design, video editing, appointment setting, funnel and website support, and administrative operations. You will ensure our digital presence is consistent, our systems are organized, and our clients are supported — allowing the CEO to focus on coaching and business growth. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Social Media & Marketing • Manage content distribution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. • Grow followers and engagement through authentic outreach and message sequencing. • Create branded graphics, PDFs, and ebooks in Canva. • Edit short-form videos and reels for social media. • Support funnel and website design projects. Administration & Operations • Manage client enrollment and update records in Hubspot CRM. • Send emails through Hubspot and Gmail. • Maintain an organized Google Drive. • Track and manage tasks using Trello and Excel. • Transcribe and format audio content as needed. • Place occasional client calls when requested. Data & Systems Management • Transfer and organize lead data into Excel and Trello. • Build formulas, tables, and simple reports in Excel. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking across all systems. ________________________________________ Skills & Experience Advanced • Hubspot CRM • Trello project management • Excel (formulas, tables, charts) • Strong written and spoken English Proficient • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) • Canva (designing branded graphics, PDFs, ebooks) • Video editing for reels and short-form content • Email writing and inbox management • Google Drive organization ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Takes full ownership of workload and results. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. • Open to feedback and direction while able to work independently. • Flexible and adaptable, including occasional weekend work if needed. • Excited to contribute to a mission-driven business that empowers women entrepreneurs. ________________________________________ Growth Path This role begins at 5–10 hours per week and will ramp up to 15–20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.
