Virtual Assistant – Design-Savvy with Shopify, Copywriting & Video Editing Part-Time / Flexible Working Hours (We are based in Australia, but don't need you to follow our working hours) We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong copywriting skills, proven Shopify experience, and confidence in video editing to join our team. This role blends design flair with hands-on e-commerce and marketing tasks – perfect for someone who enjoys creating beautiful, functional digital experiences while crafting copy that connects. We’ll also be working with you to train a ChatGPT system to help generate copy aligned with our branding style and expectations, giving you smart tools to work faster and more effectively. What You’ll Be Doing Landing Page Support – designing, editing, and polishing pages so they’re engaging and conversion-friendly. Product Copywriting – writing clear, inspiring, benefits-led descriptions that connect with our customers. Email Copywriting – crafting warm, engaging emails that nurture our community and drive action. Product Listings (Shopify) – uploading products, refining details, and ensuring listings are accurate and visually appealing. Video Editing – cutting, trimming, and adding simple graphics/text for product and social media content. Influencer Outreach – researching, contacting, and coordinating with influencers/creators for collaborations. Social Media Editing & Management – creating basic graphics/videos, scheduling posts, and managing engagement. SEO Development & Copywriting – optimising product pages, blogs, and landing pages to improve visibility. What We’re Looking For Strong Shopify experience – you know your way around product listings, collections, and page layouts. A keen eye for design (you notice layout, flow, and visual details others miss). Excellent copywriting skills across product pages, emails, and SEO content. Confident with video editing for social ads, reels, and product content. Someone organised, proactive, and tech-savvy – you’ll spot improvements before we even ask. Nice-to-Have Skills Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Omnisend).
