We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support us with customer service and marketing tasks. This is a part-time role to start (10 hours per week, approx. 2 hours per day), with the potential to grow into more hours and responsibilities over time. Main Responsibilities Customer Service: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, social media, and website chat. - Managing communications in a professional, friendly, and brand-aligned way. - Processing Refunds & Exchanges Marketing Support: - Assisting with creating and scheduling social media posts. - Responding to social media comments and engaging with our community. - Supporting with light content creation/design (experience in Canva is a plus). Requirements - Previous experience in customer service and/or virtual assistant roles. - Previous experience with supporting Ecommerce brands and experience with Shopify. - Familiarity with customer support tools. - Please specify in your application which tools you’ve worked with. Please specify: 1. Experience with Shopify (required) 2. Experience with Customer Support tool (mention which tools you used). We use Richpanel, experience with Richpanel is preferred but not required. 3. Experience with Warehouse Management System. We use Shiphero, experience with Shiphero is preferred but not required. 4. Experience with Returns/Exchange platform. We use PostCo, experience with PostCo is preferred but not required. - Experience with social media scheduling and engagement. - Basic design/content skills (Canva or similar). - Excellent communication skills in English. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
