We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor who can create high-converting YouTube ads tailored for ClickBank affiliate marketing funnels. What you’ll be working on: * Editing raw clips into engaging ad creatives optimized for high CTR (click-through rate) and conversions * Adding hooks, captions, call-to-actions, B-rolls, and stock footage as needed * Delivering short-form and mid-form videos (30s–2 mins) suitable for YouTube ads * Following a direct-response marketing style (not cinematic, but persuasive) * Collaborating with our team to test different variations (A/B split creatives) Requirements: * Proven experience editing ads for ClickBank, CPA offers, or affiliate marketing * Strong understanding of YouTube ad formats & best practices * Ability to make videos fast-paced, scroll-stopping, and persuasive * Knowledge in using royalty-free stock footage, sound effects, and background music * Turnaround time: 1–3 days per video Nice to have (but not required): * Experience with direct-response copywriting for ad overlays/text * Familiarity with health, fitness, supplements, or digital product niches (common ClickBank verticals) Budget: * Depending on complexity & experience * Ongoing work if results are strong (we test multiple creatives monthly) How to Apply: * Send samples of YouTube ads you’ve edited (preferably affiliate/ClickBank style) * Share your tools/software used * Briefly explain your experience with ads that convert, not just aesthetic edits
