The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our Victorian team. This is a mobile role requiring travel to clients’ homes, providing compassionate end-of-life care and euthanasia services. In addition to clinical duties, you will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with local veterinary clinics, ensuring strong professional connections that support referral growth and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, compassionate, in-home euthanasia services for companion animals.

Provide clear, empathetic communication with clients during emotionally sensitive situations.

Maintain accurate veterinary records and comply with all clinical, ethical, and legal requirements.

Build and manage strong professional relationships with referring veterinary clinics.

Represent Goodbye Good Boy at clinic visits, events, and continuing education sessions.

Skills and Experience Required:

Recognised veterinary qualification (eligible for registration in Australia).

Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Registration Board of Victoria.

Demonstrated clinical competence and commitment to animal welfare.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity in supporting clients through grief.

Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload.

Experience in relationship management, referral building, or client engagement (preferred).

A current driver’s licence
