This project comprises the creation of 15 executive-grade videos, each designed as a behavioural priming tool for business leaders. The series translates the Leadership Team 4.0 portfolio into precise, actionable artefacts that enforce accountability at the leadership team level. The videos are not educational supplements — they are commercial instruments engineered to transfer conviction, make accountability visible, and deliver measurable impact under pressure. To ensure consistency, scalability, and boardroom-grade gravitas, all production will be executed on Synthesia with mandatory Express-2 avatars. Express-2 technology enables full-body expressiveness, advanced gestural synchronisation, multi-angle framing, and natural voice fidelity. These capabilities ensure every video communicates with the authority of a trusted board-level advisor. The vendor must comply with both creative direction (executive tone, pacing discipline, visual identity) and technical standards (minimum 1080p/30fps, Express-2 avatar utilisation, accent fidelity, enterprise compliance). The end deliverables will form one unified, high-authority video series aligned to the Leadership Team 4.0 Portfolio.
