I need a vector background image created. It needs to be a white version of this : https://www.istockphoto.com/vector/transparent-rainbow-light-streak-effects-gm1193095726-339230303 I have the eps file, but it is not possible to just change the background to white, so the image will need to be created from the start. It doesn't need to be 100% exact, but quite similar. Please let me know a fixed price and how quickly you can do it.
